Engineering REALTOR® Sustainability

Serving as a Director of the largest global real estate trade association is humbling. I know that. So much to do, and so little time. In fact, in a few short months, you will be asked to vote for the next NAR 2024 First Vice President, which ultimately sets the stage for how we spend and allocate our members’ dues dollars and the direction we take over the next five years.  

As an eligible candidate for this prestigious position, here’s my promise: to engineer more sustainable REALTOR® associations by changing the systems that create inequality of opportunity and ensure that every REALTOR®, from every state and from every local association is heard, not just those with the largest voices.  

Linking the experiences and resourcefulness of individual members on the local, state and national level will best position us to meet head on the challenges and opportunities at this moment and effectively channel the very best, innovative products, tools and resources from the top down and bottom up. This approach will enable the possibilities of today while safeguarding the unknowns of tomorrow, all with our collective eyes on the prize -- that every individual REALTOR® can thrive.  

Like others before me who have asked for your vote seeking to hold this prestigious position, I’m humbled by the opportunity to work with you, and offer 40+ years of local, state and national volunteerism and advancing policies that foster REALTOR® entrepreneurialism, vibrant real estate markets, and private property rights for consumers.
